    All packages will be sent special delivery and need to be signed for.

  • DELIVERY TIME 3-4 WEEKS.
    The jewellery is handmade. This is the longest it could take so please contact me if you need it quicker.

  • PAYMENT
    CARD PAYMENTS NOW AVAILABLE to be taken over the phone.
    Call 01223 363616 to pay for your goods or gift vouchers.
    Goods will not be made or dispatched until payment has cleared
    This could take upto 7 working days.
    AMERICAN EXPRESS and JCB CANNOT BE ACCEPTED.

    Cheques only accepted with card details and customer name and address writen on the back.

  • RETURNS
    Faulty goods must be returned within 7 days including packaging to receive a full refund.
    Items received that are the wrong size can be altered to fit please contact me. Then the goods will need to be returned including packaging within 7 days.
    Items received that turn out to be unsuitable must be returned within 7 days, unworn with all packaging to receive a full refund. If I believe the piece has been worn an exchange or credit note only will be given

    IN EVERY CASE OF A RETURN I WILL CONTACT YOU FIRST TO TRY AND SOLVE THE PROBLEM BEFORE I GIVE A REFUND.

    ALL RETURNS MUST BE SENT WITHIN 7 DAYS OF YOU RECEIVING GOODS USING SPECIAL DELIVERY POST.
    This guarantees next day delivery and insures the goods whilst in transit. Items NOT returned by special delivery that get lost or further damaged in transit will not be refunded, exchanged or credited in anyway.
